To increase the strength of our website, there are certain words that your password can not contain.
An error message will occur if any of the following are inputted.

Usernames cannot be changed. If you want a new username go through the "online setup" process with the username you want.
Auburn gives the tracking number as soon as we have it in our system, but the tracking number does not show on the shippers (UPS, FEDEX or Promed) website until they pick up the package from our warehouse. If the tracking number still doesn't show up by the next day call your rep or customer service for more details.
Type in the complete NDC number or put in the last 6 digits prefaced by an N

The GPI code or Generic Product Indicator can be searched by marking the checkbox below search and
typing the number or by simply putting a G before the first six digits.
You can also type in the drug type or its use to find items.
EX: Injectable, Heart, Mental, Antibio, Acne. Contact your rep to get a full list of drug categories.
To search by manufacturer, type in the manufacturer name and check the box labeled manufacturer
below the search bar.

To favorite an item, click the heart next to the item. Your favorites page can be reached any time
by hovering over "My Account" then clicking "Favorites". You can also add items to the cart directly
from the "Favorites" page.
